This includes shoe size, bra size, waist size, S, M, L, XL, XXL, if the garment is sized that way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Five Days Before Your Shoot&#8230;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>If you wax, do so a few days before to avoid any bumpiness or redness.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure your eyebrows are nicely shaped and groomed.<\/li>\n<li>If you&#8217;re planning to visit a salon for a haircut or color, do so well before the shoot.<\/li>\n<li>Be sure to get a manicure and pedicure for a flawless finish.<\/li>\n<li>If you want, get a suntan. But within the five-day period, stay out of the sun to prevent sunburns or blotchy skin.<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t use spray tans.<\/li>\n<li>Drink plenty of water for luminous skin.<\/li>\n<li>Lower your salt intake to reduce your water retention.<\/li>\n<li>Select the heels to go with the club wear you selected; stilettos or platforms are best, if you have them. Make sure they are polished and have no scuff marks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>The Day Before the Shoot&#8230;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bathe, shave and moisturize.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy a quiet evening.<\/li>\n<li>Try to get a good night&#8217;s sleep at least eight hours, if you can.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>The Day of the Shoot&#8230;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Wear loose-fitting clothing the day of your shoot. Tight clothing leaves lines that will stay on your body for hours after you&#8217;ve changed into something else.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re welcome to bring clothing that is special to you. Just make sure it&#8217;s clean.<\/li>\n<li>The session usually runs 3-4 hours, depending on your schedule.<\/li>\n<li>There is a standard model release that is signed by you.<\/li>\n<li>Use clear deodorant.<\/li>\n<li>Wear loose-fitting clothing avoid red marks on the skin (no jeans, tight socks, or tight clothing.) Avoid a tight bra because of the lines it leaves on the skin.<\/li>\n<li>Eat a light meal.<\/li>\n<li>A photo shoot is also a workout. Legs are stretched, toes are pointed, backs arched, your breath held while tightening your tummy. You will work hard, but it will be a blast!<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;ll&nbsp;coach you through every fun little bit of the process, from poses to flatter your body type to what expressions to make.<\/li>\n<li>You will be nervous, just RELAX.
